Keypoint SA  was proud to lead groundwater infrastructure operations projects under the Western Cape Government’s Water Business Continuity Plan (Water BCP), a programme designed to secure alternative water supply to critical provincial facilities in the wake of Cape Town’s drought crisis. Our role focused on the ongoing management, compliance, and optimization of complex borehole-based water systems—ensuring technical reliability, regulatory alignment, and minimal service disruption. This included system design and build, maintenance oversight, stakeholder coordination, contractor verification, cost justification, and detailed reporting to ensure system sustainability and performance.
